it's time

UPDATE: The bed is home, in a few pieces and will be assembled today. I already took down his crib and I'm gonna sell it ASAP. Who wants one, hmm?

Baby R fell out of his crib this morning, spectacularly. Big head hematoma, and broke the skin a little bit too.

I'm leaving in about an hour to go get him a bed from IKEA. And yes, we'll keep the mattress on the floor for a while, to all of those who are worried about the bunk.
