whew!

A friend told me that she heard that microwaving vegetables kills 90% of the nutrients off.

I was shocked and worried, since I almost always eat frozen vegetables cooked in the microwave.

I finally got around to looking it up tonight and it's [mostly] not true.

NY Times thinks it's not true either.

I'm worried about you because 1)you worried about this and 2) you believed the statement.

I forgive you.

Plus, let's focus on what is really pressing right now: HEATH LEDGER IS DEAD. There is something to worry about.

I thought it was true too.
I hope it's not so I can cook food again.
The only things I microwave are water and leftovers.
For some reason, that makes sense to me.
