Ooooh! That's so SAD! I hate that. I can't stand mistreated toys. The Velvetine Rabbit gave me such a complex!!!
Actually, I also really don't like the idea of inanimate objects having thoughts and feelings. I ascribe this to a book I had as a kid. It was a story about a girl who didn't take care of her things, so they got fed up and came to life, gave her a horrible lecture, and LEFT. Scared the living crap out of me.
