Baby Tuesday

Baby C is pounding on her bedroom door, because thankfully she hasn't' figured out how to open doors, unlike another little Jurassic raptor I know.
So at the moment I don't have time to fine-tune this photos in Photoshop, I just gotta get the material up before there's a oatmeal riot.

Nevermind Beautiful Day weekend, this past weekend was Baby V and Baby E's big birthday party! Complete with pugs, baby animals, and cake! Woo! Baby C was stoked. She even happily helped wrap their gifts: (Sacajawea, Jackie O, Harriet Tubman, and Amelia Earhart action figures.)
The animals were so gosh darn cute and all the little girls loved them. Baby C kept [very gently] hugging the goat. I couldn't believe that the chickens tolerated the toddlers but they did.

Yes, the kids eventually got to go inside the pen (The lady had to poop-patrol first).
I just happen to use up most of my camera card space beforehand.

CAKE! Baby C was the the only kid there that sat herself down in antipation of cake. I don't blame her, I mean, it is cake after all.

Baby R was more interested in the shubbery than the bunnies.
He wasn't alone, all of the other buy were busy pushing and fighting with each other.
Oh Baby R, please be my little Ferdinand.

Look at that outfit! Velvet jacket? Yes!

Baby V didn't know if the party was all it was cracked up to be.

Baby C LOVES pugs. They were kept in a pen because a couple of kids were afraid.
Who couldn't laugh in the face of a pug?

This is the play structure that later Baby C somehow managed to tumble off of. I was watching Baby R but she came up to me crying with grass in her mouth, so I'm guessing it was face first. Nothing a juicebox and a pug-pet won't soothe.

Awe...I wish we could have been there. It looks so fun. C looks so cute in her fashionable brown. I'm glad she loves pugs. Now I know exactly what to get her for Christmas....Pudge! Our kids are animal lovers because we both have a zoo in our homes :) I've been trying to think of what to do for Scout's 2nd b-day. This looks like a great idea! Even though you guys are in California...it is like there is a little bit of Texas still in you with the goat hugging and the chicken petting. R is of course the shizzle in that get up...and the Ferdinand reference made me laugh. You are too funny.

Your little ones are too adorable -- I love the way you dress them -- polka dots, leggings and velvet blazers! C is absolutely beautiful! Those big brown eyes are gorgeous and happy little R makes happy just looking at him! Hope to see you soon!
Love, Aunt D

Those are great!! And you got me on video saying "polish chicken?" I'm glad I didn't make the "well, how many does it take to change a lightbulb?" crack I was thinking of... :)
