I felt the average baby lounger needed some fabulizing. Yep, that's faux chinese print silk. Let's just say it began looking something like this ($2 from a garage sale)

Sincerely, I've never understood why good taste goes by the wayside in selecting baby products. Have you seen some of the vomitrocious diaper bags? AT NO OTHER TIME would an adult be caught dead carrying a pastel pink and blue quilted bag with cartoonish lambs cavorting, but stick a baby into the equation and whammo-bammo, it's frolicking lambie accessory time!

looks fantastic! 2 questions though: 1) Didn't u register for a cooler one? 2) Machine washable slip cover...brilliant!
I did register for another one. But that one is super pricey, AND hardly anyone has used the registry. I don't expect that trend to change.
