what bothers me the most is that these kinds of people get off lightly when they are arrested, and keep molesting children; no matter how many laws are written, until these perverts are put away for life, our children will not be safe. My hero in this regard is John Walsh who works with the lawmakers but stops just short of what I think should be the strongest laws we can make. I guess even evil people have rights.
